Sukasa is a rental-application platform that allows property managers to create application forms, share apply links, and review applicant submissions. Applicants use the platform to submit rental applications including personal information, employment details, and supporting documents.

Property managers acknowledge that applicant data collected through the Service is subject to applicable privacy and fair-housing regulations. Property managers are responsible for their own compliance with all applicable laws regarding the collection, use, storage, and disposal of applicant information. Submitting an application does not create a lease or guarantee approval; the property owner or manager decides each application.
By providing your mobile number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from the property management company you are applying with, sent through the Sukasa platform, regarding your rental application.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Consenting to text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service, but is required for application processing.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sukasa and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Sukasa does not verify the accuracy of information submitted by applicants and is not responsible for tenancy decisions made by property managers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sukasa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property — will survive.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide, including your mobile number. By using the Service, you agree to our collection and use of information as described in that policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
